Terrorism from across the Pakistan border must end for peace in Afghanistan, India said on Friday. The statement comes as the United States withdraws troops from Afghanistan. Speaking at an informal meeting of the Security Council, India’s Permanent Representative TS Tirumurti said, “Afghanistan can succeed only when terrorism no longer flows across the Durand Line, the border with Pakistan.”
